A pedestrian has been taken to hospital following a crash in Borehamwood.

Brook Road is closed both ways because of the crash which involved a vehicle and a pedestrian between the A5135 and Gateshead Road.

Police were called at 2.15pm and a male pedestrian was taken to Watford General Hospital with serious injuries.

Investigations are ongoing.

Well it didn't take long before another incident! Despite the county putting in their so called safety measures near where Tommy's life was lost. :(

Exactly, how many people hurt & lives have to be lost before people realise it is not a race track!!! It's a '30MPH ROAD' www.slowdownfortommy

I think it would be best to wait and hear the evidence of what caused this incident before making emotional statements.
