Three people from Radlett have been arrested in connection with an alleged vehicle selling scam.
Victims all across the world, from Shropshire to America, were defrauded thousands of pounds after agreeing to buy cars, boats and motorbikes online.
Buyers transferred large amounts of money to the vendor’s bank accounts, but the vehicles never arrived and the seller stopped replying to e-mails and phone calls.
A 26-year-old man, a 38-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman have now been arrested on suspicion of fraud by false representation.
