Two charged after Borehamwood stabbing

The victim suffered stab wounds in Buckingham Road at 12.45pm
Two people have been charged following the stabbing of a woman in Borehamwood yesterday.
The victim was assaulted in Buckingham Road at 12.45pm and was taken to Barnet Hospital. She was later discharged.
Tracey McCarthy, 44, of Cowley Hill, and Jamie McCarthy, 21, of Stapleton Road, were both charged with grievous bodily harm, wounding with intent.
Jamie McCarthy was also charged with possessing an offensive weapon.
Both have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Hatfield Remand Court this morning.
