Construction waste fly-tipped on footpath
Construction waste including old carpets, curtains and bathroom tiles have been fly-tipped on a footpath leading to Woodcock Hill.
The rubbish appeared on Thursday last week and was blocking the access road to the field just behind houses in Linster Grove, Borhamwood.
The fly-tipped waste includes carpets, tiles, chipboard and bathroom porcelain, which is now blocking the footpath that leads to the Woodcock Hill Village Green.
Donald Brothers, 86, who lives near the path said: “It’s very annoying and we want to see it cleared as soon as possible. It just appeared out of nowhere.”
