A MIDDLE-AGED man has been charged after police seized 22 cannabis plants in a raid in Borehamwood last week.
Stuart Mager, 46, was arrested for the cultivation of the drug at his address in Manor Way on Wednesday, October 12.
He has been charged and will appear before magistrates on Monday, October 24.
The cannabis plants have been destroyed by police officers.
