A UNIQUE prehistoric-themed golf course has opened near Borehamwood.
Dinosaur Safari, at the A1 Golf Range in Rowley Lane, features cascading waterfalls, flowing streams, lagoons and tropical palm trees around an 18-hole course.
The unusual attraction, which opened in July, also has seven giant dinosaur models dominating the landscape - some of which move, breathe and roar.
The strange combination of dinosaurs and golf comes from Florida, where ‘adventure golf’ has become popular.
Scott Sinclair, operations director of the owners Adventure Experience Ltd, said: “Visitors will be truly wowed when they experience this unique and fantastic golf course and I guarantee that children will want to come back again and again.”
Dinosaur Safari is located opposite the Holiday Inn on the A1. Tickets for a family of four cost around £20.
