An Elstree man jointly charged with the murder of a bodybuilder appeared at Luton Crown Court on Friday.

David Smith, 32, from Schubert Road, along with Roger Vincent, 32, from Penn in Buckinghamshire, is charged with the murder of David King, a father-of-four from Stevenage.

Smith will remain in custody until October 18, when he is next due to appear in court.
