DISGRUNTLED train passengers will get to air their views at a question and answer session at Elstree & Borehamwood train station tomorrow evening.
James Clappison MP will be at the Meet the Manager event with FCC managing director, Neal Lawson, between 4.45pm to 7pm.
Passengers who travel to and from Radlett will be able to break their journey at Elstree & Borehamwood station.
Representatives from all tiers of the company, which has suffered major disruption due to a drivers' strike on the Thameslink line, will be at the station from 4pm.
Mr Lawson was appointed FCC managing director in January. He joined the company in May last year and worked as engineering and new trains director, with responsibility for the £5.5 billion Thameslink programme.
The event is part of a series of meetings between commuters and managers across the FCC rail network.
Last month Transport Secretary Lord Adonis threatened to take away the franchise unless the firm started improving its performance on the line, which has left many commuters frustrated.
