Man banned from woman's street after harassment conviction
A man has been found guilty of harassing a woman for three months.
Richard Hardy, 34, of Danziger Way, Borehamwood, was found guilty at St Albans Magistrates Court on November 27.
He had made numerous phone calls knowing they were unwanted to the woman as well as turning up to her house on three occasions, again knowing that he was unwanted, between April 17 and June 16 this year.
Mr Hardy had pleaded not guilty to the charge at a hearing on July 6.
He has been bailed on condition he doesn’t enter the victim’s street or contact her directly or indirectly.
He will be sentenced at St Albans Magistrates Court on December 21.
