Visitors were greeted by a life-size Dalek at The Liberal Synagogue Elstree on Sunday.
The occasion was part of a Funday Sunday event that attracted more than a hundred people to the synagogue. Doctor Who merchandise was on sale and past episodes were shown all morning.
Tess Elman, from Bushey, said: "My son Max (above) had a lovely time although his little sister was a bit scared of the Dalek.
"The day was filled with a number of things to do and there were amazing props like the tardis and there was also K-9 the dog. We had a wonderful time; the children and Dr Who fans enjoyed themselves."
