A Potters Bar school are celebrating more than 40 students heading to university as they excel on A level results day.
Mount Grace School in Church Road, Potters Bar, is celebrating as more than 80 sets of A level results and level three qualifications, more than 40 who have accepted places at universities across the UK.
Many other students have successfully won placements and apprenticeships at top companies including BBC and fashion house Ted Baker.
Headteacher, Peter Baker, said he is thrilled by "another set of great A level results".
He said: "I wish all the students the best of luck in the next phase of their lives.
"Moreover, the school has achieved 73 per cent A* - C grades at level three which is another great result."
Despite concerns about the new-style exams, many students have shown great "resilience", with some students achieving the top results including Charlotte Bigg, Arlo Francis, Jack Hetherington, Zack Abbatecola, Eleanor Lawson, Nicole Bissett and Terri Harrhy.
