Harry Hughes was wanted for recall from prison
The man-hunt for an escaped prisoner is over.
Harry Hughes, 30, from Bramfield in Watford was arrested this morning and remains in custody.
Hughes was wanted by the police on recall to prison.
Hertfordshire Constabulary put an appeal out earlier today as Hughes is known to have connections to Watford and Hemel Hempstead.
The police thank the public for their assistance at this time.
