Disqualified from driving for six months. Fine, costs: £250.
Friday, April 7
Greg John Porter, 54, of Shenley Road, Borehamwood. On March 2, 2017, assaulted a person by beating him. On March 3, 2017, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Fine, compensation, costs: £310 Saturday, April 8 Luke Edward Allen, 49, of Hackney Close, Borehamwood. On April 5, 2017, stole razor blades belonging to Boots. Two counts. Committed to prison for four weeks. Compensation, costs: £234.98.
Monday, April 10
Andrei-Vlad Hanghuic, 27, of Chaucer Grove, Borehamwood. On April 8, 2017, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. Disqualified from driving for 15 months. Fine, costs: £745.
Kenneth Barber, 68, of Barnsdale Close, Borehamwood. On September 17, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 40mph. Disqualified from driving for 21 days. Fine, costs: £255.

Greg John Tate, 41, of Theobald Street, Borehamwood. On March 22, 2017, assaulted a person by beating him. Fine, compensation, costs: £465.

Sam Arthur Long, 29, of Stevenage Crescent, Borehamwood. On September 23, 2016, used a vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £1,031. Eight penalty points.
Vasile Teaca, 33, of Milton Drive, Borehamwood. On September 21, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 70mph. Fine, costs: £335. Three penalty points.
Akintunde Akinyemi, 49, of Balmoral Drive, Borehamwood. On August 10, 2016, failed to comply with the Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation Regulations. 15 counts. Between August 10, 2016, and August 11, 2016, managed a house which was not licensed as required. On August 26, 2016, failed to produce documents as required. Two counts. On October 4, 2016, failed to comply with an operative improvement notice. Fine, costs: £17,276.

William Patterson Coulthard, 63, of Manor Way, Borehamwood. On November 7, 2016, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.
Marc Andrew Ziedman, 41, of Whitehall Close, Borehamwood. On October 9, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 40mph. Fine, costs: £261. Three penalty points.
