A man has been charged with robbery and the possession of an offensive weapon following a robbery in an Indian restaurant.
Police were called to Borehamwood Tandoori, in Aycliffe Road, Borehamwood, at around 10.30pm on March 5.
A 37-year-old man from Borehamwood entered the restaurant carrying a weapon before causing damage to equipment and glasses.
He then allegedly forced open the till before leaving with money. No staff members were injured.
