An application has been submitted to change the use of a charity shop into a restaurant.
Developer Buildplans has submitted an application to Hertsmere Borough Council to turn the Peace Hospice Care store, in Watling Street, in Radlett, into a restaurant.
According to the planning portal, the plans are to build a single storey back extension and building of a ground floor patio. The plans also look to install a kitchen cooker hood and duct.
There will also be an alteration to the first floor back terrace and an insertion of one back rooflight and a change to the existing first floor flat into two self-contained flats.
These flats are proposed to be one x two bed and a one x three bed.
Peace Hospice Care has been approached for a comment.
