Weather: It will be cloudy with occasional light rain or drizzle until late morning, when a band of sometimes heavy rain arrives. Highs of 9C.
Roads: There are delays on the M25. Two lanes are closed and there is queueing traffic due to an accident between two lorries on the M25 clockwise at J21A A405 (St Albans). There is congestion on the M25 to J19 M25 (Watford).
Elsewhere on the M25, there are two lanes closed and queueing traffic due to accident clockwise between J16 M40 and J17 A412 (Maple Cross).
Train/tube: There is no service on London Underground as workers have walked out. Read more here.
