Barnet and Borehamwood are set for a mild weekend as winter draws closer.
With light winds and the clearing of the week’s fog, Barnet will see temperatures peak at 14C on Saturday with potential lows of 9C on Sunday.
In Borehamwood highs are forecast at 15C and there's even a chance of sunny spells for a few hours on Sunday.
Fortunately, there is no forecast of rain which means plenty of chance for a refreshing autumn walk or jog.
It’s also worth remembering the clocks are going back on Sunday night, meaning a precious extra hour in bed to start your week.
The evenings will get darker but mornings will be brighter due to the daylight saving time – watch out for smartphones which usually change the time automatically rather than needing you to do it manually.
Let us know what you get up to over the weekend in the comments.
