Police are appealing to readers of the Observer for help finding wanted suspects.
Shane Burton, who is 33 years old and of Whippendell Road, Watford, is wanted for shoplifting and failing to appear.
Charlotte Dalton, who is 27 years old and of no fixed address, is wanted for shoplifting and recall to prison.
They are both wanted in connection with a theft from Boots in Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, on Friday, August 26 when two electric shavers were taken.
Roger McConnon, who is 42 years old and of Lincoln Drive, South Oxhey, is wanted for failing to appear at St Albans Magistrates Court on September 2 in connection with theft.
Anyone with information should contact the Herts Police non-emergency number 101.
