A woman planned her own death in a “meticulous way” an inquest heard.

Anaiya Tozarr, 39, of Gemini Park, Borehamwood, was found in her bath on February 8, 2016, after reports of a leak coming from the flat below.

Coroner Geoffrey Sullivan concluded at the inquest at Hertfordshire’s Coroner’s Court on Tuesday Miss Tozarr killed herself with a morphine overdose.

According to the toxicologist report the amount of morphine in her blood was the source of her death.

In a statement read out at the inquest Matthew Atkins, property manager for Taylor Wimpey, received a call about a water leak at 7.30am.

Upon arrival Mr Atkins banged on the door for about 20mins but he did not know for definite whether someone was inside.

After a short while Mr Atkins pushed open the door. The carpet was wet and Mr Atkins entered the bathroom.

Mr Atkins saw a foot in the bath and he left the property then called the police, the inquest at Hertfordshire’s Coroner’s Court heard on Tuesday.

Detective Constable Michael Simpson said: “We were called to reports of an unconscious female. Officers and paramedics did all they could to preserve her life.

“When they found her body it was mostly submerged but her head was out of the water. Officers had removed her head from the water.

“She had written notes to various family and friends including the person who would find her. As well as leaving her bank details.

“It was meticulously planned in such a way I have never seen before.”

According to DC Simpson there were drafted notes of the suicide notes she would be leaving and Google searches of morphine overdose and cocktails of drugs on an iPhone 5S and iPad.

Sukhi Khahra met Miss Tozarr when they were both students studying pharmacy and became good friends.

Mrs Khahra said Anaiya got married in 2003 and had two children but problems started from the very beginning of the marriage.

In 2013 the couple divorced and Miss Tozarr moved in with some friends. The year later she met another man and according to Mrs Khara she seemed somewhat more positive.

She got a full time job as a pharmacist in Pinner. In the same year she gave her ex-husband their house and full custody of their children.

Mrs Khahra said this devastated her but she would have the children every other weekend but always found it difficult leaving the children with her ex-husband.

At the end of January 2016 her boyfriend ended the relationship. Mrs Khahra would often speak and message Miss Tozarr.

On Sunday February 7 Mrs Khahra text Miss Tozarr asking how she was and she said she was OK. That was the last time the two spoke to each other.
