Severe flooding and heavy thunderstorms are expected to hit south west Hertfordshire for the second week in a row.
The Met Office has issued a severe weather warning for today as slow moving downpours are expected to sweep across the county.
Forecasters said there is a high risk of surface flooding, with 15 to 25mm of rain falling within an hour.
The flood warnings will remain in place until 9pm tonight.
A severe, yellow weather warning also remains in place for Wednesday, with predicted heavy showers and thunderstorms.
