Albanian double murderer arrested
An Albanian double murderer on the run in the UK faces extradition after being caught.
Avni Metra, from Borehamwood, was wanted by Interpol after a court in Albania convicted and sentenced him over two killings in his absence.
The 53-year-old was arrested while driving through Watford yesterday after a tip-off.
He will appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates' Court today for an extradition hearing.
