A woman is fighting for her life after a car crash on the Barnet By-Pass.
Paramedics treated a woman, believed to be in her 30s, for serious chest and head injuries before taking her to St George's Hospital in London.
She was taken to hospital by air ambulance after her car hit the barrier at the side of the road.
Investigators previously said the car lost control.
Emergency services were responding to a call after a car left the road on the southbound Barnet By-Pass on Saturday afternoon.
PC Jackie Lister, who is investigating, said: “I am appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision, or events leading up to it, to please get in touch.
"I am particularly keen to hear from the drivers of two vehicles which the Toyota passed between as it left the carriageway.”
