Feminists and pioneering woman will be up for discussion in guided walk
KEEN walkers and historians can find out about the history of women in public life during a guided tour.
From illustrious authors and social reformers to the women of the workhouse who led very different lives in the 18th and 19th centuries, all will be highlighted during a guided walk around Harrow on the Hill this weekend.
Anyone interested in attending is asked to meet on The Green in High Street, Harrow on the Hill, at 2.30pm on Sunday, October 18.
