A 59-year-old man has been charged with the attempted murder of a female police officer.
Nelson Jab Nazarene, of Elmwood Crescent, Kingsbury, has been charged with attempted murder after a female police officer was stabbed in the head with a screwdriver last week.
He is accused of five offences including one of attempted murder, three counts of attempted grievous bodily harm and one count of making threats to kill.
Nazarene appeared at Hendon Magistrates’ Court last week and he was remanded in custody to appear at Harrow Crown Court at a later date.
