Isn't it shocking how quickly and suddenly someone's life can end; and when it happens your first thought is: 'No. They cant have died. That's not the right kind of ending for their life' And you're right to think that. It's probably true. Also, nobody deserves to die like Tommy. No-one.
Tommy's death was like a wake-up call to everyone who felt the shock wave. He was a quite quiet boy in school, so not many people knew who he was. But after this, it was rare to find anyone in Borehamwood, let alone just Monksmead, who didn't know who he was and what happened to him.
Everyone did in Monksmead school did their bit to help. Whether they were helping to put their own minds at rest, or Tommy's family's minds, everyone worked hard.

This shows how much everyone cared about him, and how a small hole can cause a big tear in a community. Tommy was much-loved and is sorely missed.
And I hope you get through it Kenny family. My Tip (or should i say, lifelong rule): take it day by day- dont look back. Only forward.
