A public consultation asking residents for their views on Herts County Council’s rail strategy will close on Tuesday, August 4.
The rail strategy identifies investment priorities for the next 15 to 20 years.
Derrick Ashley, cabinet member for environment, planning and transport, said: "It’s important that we look ahead and consider what’s best for Hertfordshire’s rail users for the next 15 to 20 years and beyond.
"While the county council does not manage the railway or make investment decisions on it, the draft rail strategy is intended to influence the rail industry to achieve our priorities and fulfil the future needs of the railway in the county.”
