Laughter filled a room as time and skills were swapped for a community support programme.
Age UK Harrow has launched its new support network for vulnerable people, which aims to help more than 2,000 adults receive access to services they might not otherwise be able to afford.
The scheme, called Harrow Communities Click, puts people in touch with members of the public who want to give their time and skills to help people in their area.
It is based around a bartering system that allows people to offer their time in exchange for help elsewhere.
At the launch, people had the opportunity to try out some of the things on offer such as Laughter Yoga, meditation and jewellery making.
