A 40-year-old man from Borehamwood has been arrested after a man was threatened with a knife.
Firearms officers were called to the scene in Welham Close, Borehamwood at about 8.45am this morning.
A Hertfordshire Police spokesman said: “Officers were called to Welham Close to reports a man had threatened another man with a knife at around 8.45am this morning.
“The suspect had left the scene. Due to the nature of call, officers including firearms officers were in attendance.
“A short time later a 40-year-old man from Borehamwood was arrested on suspicion of affray.”
