Friends scaled the dizzy heights of three mountains to raise money for a mental health charity.

Faye Deverson, Sean Thompson, Stuart Harris and Rodrigo Velooso Tavares, who work at Partnerships in Care, in Imperial Place, Borehamwood, took on the Three Peaks Challenge.

Their two-day trip took them up Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England and Snowdonia in Wales, raising £1,200 for Young Minds in the process.

Ms Deverson, an accountant for the company, said: “Wow what a day, we still can’t believe this all happened in one day. It’s safe to say we’re all exhausted.

“This was a truly amazing experience I hope our money can make a difference to some of the many young people experiencing mental health problems.”
