Congregation celebrate priest's 40th year in church
A church held a celebration to mark the 40th anniversary of its priest's ordination.
Father Robert Plourde, the parish priest of St Luke's Church in Love Lane, Pinner, joined members of the congregation at the weekend to celebrate four decades since his ordination to the priesthood.
Members of the parish made presentations to Fr Plourde at a party in the church hall on Saturday, and on Sunday there was a party on the church piazza after mass.
