Children can learn more about nature when a garden is opened to the public for the day.
Blue Hills, in Windmill Lane, Arkley, is opening for the National Gardens Scheme on June 6 and 7.
The four-acre garden has 200 mature trees and slopes from a marbled stone terrace to woodland glades, with a stream running into a small boating lake.
The event is free for children and teenagers under the age of 16 and helps covers areas of the key stage 2 science curriculum.
