A man will appear in court charged with the murder of a 15-year-old boy.
Lincoln Olaribigbe, of Leamington House, Stonegrove, Edgware, was re-arrested on Wednesday and charged yesterday with the murder of Joel Adesina.
The 23-year-old will appear in custody at Thames Magistrates’ Court today.
At around 11.05pm on December 5, 2014, officers were called by the London Ambulance Service to Bethnal Green Road, east London, after a teenager was stabbed.
Officers found a 15-year-old boy suffering from serious stab injuries to the abdomen.
He was taken by ambulance to an east London hospital but died at 2.12am on December 6 and was later formally identified as Joel Adesina, 15, of Dagenham.
A post-mortem gave the cause of death as a stab wound to the liver.
