Inspectors were told a care home was “safe without a doubt” during a surprise visit.
An unannounced inspection by the Care Quality Commission at Kenton House care home, in Draycott Avenue, Kenton, on October 14 found the service provided to be ‘good’ overall.
The care home – which houses 11 tenants - was rated 'good' in the five categories of the service’s safety, leadership, responsiveness, effectiveness and the level of care provided.
A family member told inspectors: "The home is safe, without a doubt. I sleep at night. I don’t worry.”
