A prospective politician has turned to new technology as she continues her election campaign.
Hannah David, the Conservative Party’s prospective parliamentary candidate for Harrow West, has launched a digital campaign team to increase turnout on May 7.
To increase the number of campaigners on her team, she created the task force on a new voter engagement app called CliqStart, on which users can challenge their friends to turn out to vote.
Ms David said: “This digital campaign will drive up the number of volunteers working on my campaign in Harrow West, and get as many of our voters as possible to turn out on election day.”
By joining the “Hannah David for MP” community on CliqStart, users can take action like helping promote postal voting and putting up campaign posters in their garden.
Users can also challenge their friends either to get involved or donate to Ms David’s campaign.
