Staff at a care home are caring and responsive, according to a recent report.
An unannounced inspection by the Care Quality Commission at Clover Residents care home, in Kingsley Road, Harrow, in January found the service provided to be ‘good’.
The care home achieved the ‘good’ rating for all five categories, which detail the service’s safety, leadership, responsiveness, effectiveness and the level of care provided.
