A car was damaged after an argument broke out between a driver and a pedestrian in a shopping park.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident at Borehamwood Shopping Park, in Theobold Street, on Wednesday, March 11.
According to reports, a disagreement arose between the driver and a pedestrian between 12.15pm and 12.30pm at the zebra crossing outside Pets at Home, which resulted in a trolley causing damage to a Nissan Qashqai.
PC Tanya Bainbridge from Borehamwood safer neighbourhood team, said: “At this time it’s unclear what happened and I’d like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident, as it could help us with our investigation.”
