Fire fighters were called to tackle a blaze that swept through a shop and a flat.
A total of four fire engines were called to a fire in a clothing shop in Watling Avenue, Edgware at around 10.30am yesterday morning.
The fire damaged part of the shop, believed to be New Trendz, and a flat above it.
Fire crews from Mill Hill, Finchley, Hendon and West Hampstead fire stations attended the incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
