Fashionistas can trade old clothes for new at a ‘wardrobe diet’ event.

The Rubbish Diet is inviting Harrow fashion fiends to have a shopping experience with a difference by going ‘swishing’ this weekend.

The 'swish' is a clothes swap for good quality clothes, to which people can bring up to ten items to swap with other shoppers.

Clothes can be dropped off at Wealdstone Library on Saturday, January 31 between 2pm and 3pm, while special guests TRAID charity shop will show a film and give a short talk about the social and environmental benefits of buying second-hand clothes.

Swishers will then be able to browse clothes and make their swaps between 3pm and 4pm.
