Little children were taught how to dream big when an MP paid them a visit.
Hertsmere’s Conservative MP James Clappison took a break from parliament to visit Kenilworth School, Kenilworth Drive, Borehamwood.
Mr Clappison was joined by Oliver Dowden, Hertsmere’s Conservative MP candidate.
Reception children were given the chance to quiz the pair and ask him questions about his work, as part of a topic on ‘people who help us in the community’.
Year 6 children were also given the chance to ask them questions on his role as an MP.
Mr Clappison also told the whole school what a constituency is and listened to the children’s concerns on road safety and parking.
