Coach house to be replaced by four new homes
A revised application for the demolition of a coach house has been received by Hertsmere Borough Council.
Plans include the demolition of the existing coach house in Furzehill Road, Borehamwood, which could be replaced by a two-storey block of flats.
The new building would hold one one-bedroom and three-two bedroom flats as well as roof terraces, secure cycle storage and parking for three cars.
