Traffic is slow at Stirling Corner roundabout, while the A1 Barnet Bypass is closed northbound
A busy road has been closed after three vehicles collided.
Emergency services attended the A1 Barnet Bypass at 8.36am this morning following reports of a three-vehicle collision.
The bypass was closed northbound at Rippon Way and at Stirling Corner, where traffic remains slow.
A BMW and a Ford Fiesta were recovered from the scene along with a bin lorry.
One person was injured in the collision, and the Highways Agency was called to deal with a diesel spillage and ice on the carriageway.
