Food was shared among friends at a ‘successful’ Christmas lunch.
A total of 40 people who attend the Live Well Coffee Cakes and Time to Talk sessions, which run from 1pm every Monday at Farriers Hall, took part in the festive event on Monday afternoon.
Regulars each brought a plate of food to add to the lunch, which was organised by Community Action Hertsmere.
Children from Blitz Dance & Performing Arts, a dance school based at Farriers Hall in Farriers Way, Borehamwood, also joined the group for a performance of festive songs and dances.
Organiser Joy Nicoll said: “Everyone thoroughly enjoyed listening to them. The event was such a wonderful success.”
