There are only seven days left to nominate young people who have played vital roles in their community for a prize.
The Rotary Club of Elstree and Borehamwood is inviting the public to submit written nominations of up to 100 words for its Young Citizen of the Year award.
A panel of rotarians will shortlist applications and interview nominees, before selecting one primary school winner, one lower secondary school winner and one senior school winner.
Nominations, including contact details of the nominee and a 100-word proposal detailing why the nomination has been made, must reach the Rotary Club c/o 9 Watling Knoll, Radlett, WD7 7HW by November 22.
Each nomination must be signed by the nominee and the person nominating.
