The Apprentice is back, and this year it stars Aldenham girl Ella Jade Bitton - so how has she done so far? She's survived the first two tasks, which is a start.

We didn't learn a huge amount about Ms Bitton in the first episode, other than the fact that she has 100 animals, with "probably around 80 per cent sheep".

And her motto is: "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams".

Ms Bitton started to become a key personality in yesterday's wearable technology task.

The task's project manager Nurun described Ella as becoming a little controlling.

Ms Bitton on the other hand said she didn't feel like Nurun had control of the task, nor was able to manage the strong personalities in the group.

Sounds like the Aldenham girl is a strong-minded character, which is probably a good thing if she is to go far in this competition.

It also became apparent that this 23-year-old graduate likes to be organised and keep things moving.

A few times yesterday, we saw Ella get fed up and make comments such as, "can we just work with what we have now?" and "Nurun, can you just take control of this situation?"

It wouldn't be surprising if we see Ms Bitton as a project manager soon, and if the glimpses we've seen this week are anything to go by, she'll probably be a good leader.
