New pastor welcomed at St Paul's church
A church installed its new pastor at a special welcome service.
St Paul's Lutheran church of Elstree and Borehamwood, at the junction of Cranes Way and Furzehill Road, celebrated the instalment of Pastor Dr Didzis Stilve on Sunday.
Town Mayor Councillor Pat Strack and Deputy Mayor Cllr Richard Butler attended the service, while Victor Eni, a member of the elders of St Paul's, was there to introduce the new pastor to church members.
The congregation organised refreshments after the service to help celebrate their new pastor’s installation and welcome him into their community.
