Thousands of people from all over the UK will come together this month to celebrate the Hindu festival of lights.

Bhaktivedanta Manor Hare Krishna Temple will host one of the biggest Diwali celebrations in the UK, with more than 15,000 people expected to visit the temple on Sunday, October 26.

Visitors will be treated to a day of colourful Indian dramas, traditional dance performances, face painting, and henna tattoos, with the festivities culminating with a grand firework display at 6.30pm.

The event will begin at 2pm, at the Bhaktivedanta Manor in Hilfield Lane.
