An association aimed at rehabilitating offenders celebrated its 40th anniversary.

The Hertfordshire Association for the Care and Resettlement of Offenders celebrated 40 years of service at its general meeting.

More than 120 delegates debated changes to the rehabilitation system, and what these would mean for professionals working in the criminal justice system, for offenders and their families, and citizens of Hertfordshire.
