Hertsmere Borough Council is seeking opinions on a new affordable homes policy.
The council has drafted a revised supplementary planning document, which provides information to developers on the council’s approach to affordable housing, but the council hopes to find out people’s views before the policy is formally adopted.
The document will be temporarily used as the basis for all planning applications registered on or after September 29 until the closing date for comments on November 10,
The planning document and other supporting documents can be viewed online or can be viewed in person at the civic offices in Borehamwood or libraries across the borough.
Comments can be emailed to local.plan@hertsmere.gov.uk or via writing to the planning department at Civic Offices.
