Two generations enjoyed some fun at a Grandparents Fun Day.
Grandmothers, grandfathers and their grandchildren took part in a range of activities at the Community Action Hertsmere Live Well project, including arts and crafts, face painting, nail painting, loom cands, a bouncy castle and more.
For the adults there were reflexology sessions given by Herts Holistic Indian or seated massages provided by Face, Body & Sole.
The project has also set up a number of drandparents networking sessions, which will be held at Farriers Hall in Farriers Way from 10am on September 4.
Sessions will include opportunities to talk about some of the issues grandparents face including non-contact with grandchildren, special guardianship orders and more.
