Plans to replace a bungalow with a six-bedroom house have been submitted to the council.
Hertsmere Borough Council has received a revised planning application proposing to knock down a bungalow in Goodyers Avenue, Radlett.
Plans state that the bungalow will be replaced by a two-storey six-bedroom house, along with space for four cars.
